Pure maple syrup, nothing added. We tap our own sugar maples on the family land in Denmark, Wisconsin each spring, boil the sap in our sugar shack and bottle it while it is still hot. It takes about 40 gallons of sap to make one gallon of this syrup.

This is Grade A Amber Rich: the classic maple flavor, full but not heavy. Pour it on pancakes and waffles, stir it into oatmeal or coffee, glaze salmon or carrots with it, or use it in place of sugar in baking.

The 8 oz, pint and quart come in glass. The gallon comes in a food grade plastic jug. Keep it in the pantry until opened, then in the refrigerator, where it keeps for a year or more.
